Due to the discreet, sensitive, and hygienic nature of the products distributed, we do not accept returns. While we are happy to accept returns and offer refunds, the intimate nature of the items we sell prevents us from returning or exchanging them. For the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers, any item intended to come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid is considered non-returnable and non-resellable. Kuitenkin, as part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we will consider all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will notify you upon receipt of your inquiry.
Once an order has been processed and has left the warehouse, it is deemed to have been used and therefore cannot be returned.

I received a defective item on delivery. What should I do?

Whilst we do our best to ensure that none of our customers receive damaged or defective items, we do understand that products can arrive damaged in unforeseen ways. You will receive a 28-day guarantee from the date you receive the product. If you receive an incorrect delivery or an order with missing or defective parts, please Ota yhteyttä immediately.
We will try to find a solution on a case-by-case basis and will be happy to cover return shipping costs if the problem is found to be on our side.

What is the order cancellation policy?

All orders placed are final. If you accidentally place an order, please Ota yhteyttä immediately and we will attempt to cancel the order for you, but as the payment gateway incurs a transaction fee for each transaction, if the order is to be cancelled at such a time, then the transaction fee will be payable by you.

If a tracking number is available, the order has been placed on hold and has left our building
If the order does not reach its destination, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and make a claim.


Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or a reshipment for ordered products if:

– You do not receive them within the guaranteed timeframe (45 days not including 2-5 days for processing).
– You receive the incorrect item.
– If you no longer want the product, please refuse the package upon delivery by the courier. Rejected packages will incur round-trip shipping costs and associated service fees. Once the package is signed for, private health products cannot be returned without reason. In the event of a quality issue, only reshipment or compensation will be offered.

Refunds will not be issued if:

– Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
– Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
